Obra em que o artista discorre sobre entender os elementos do território como uma maneira em si de cartografar e traduzir sua existência, seus limites — reais, impostos e fictícios — e que através de texturas e cromias, joga luz sobre as particularidades de uma terra delimitada e ao mesmo tempo, liberta.
Transformando o solo em linguagem e a matéria em memória, o artista constroi uma cartografia sensível do território de Pedreira, onde a cor nasce diretamente da paisagem — através da terra coletada dos extremos norte, sul, leste e oeste do perímetro pedreirense — e revela suas camadas visíveis e invisíveis. As texturas e tonalidades orgânicas não apenas representam o chão que pisamos, mas também convidam a uma leitura mais íntima: de onde viemos, o que carregamos e como nos situamos no mundo.

A work in which the artist discusses understanding the elements of the territory as a way of mapping and translating its existence, its limits — real, imposed and fictitious — and which, through textures and colors, sheds light on the particularities of a land that is delimited and, at the same time, free.
Transforming soil into language and matter into memory, the artist constructs a sensitive cartography of the territory of Pedreira, where color comes directly from the landscape — through soil collected from the northern, southern, eastern and western extremes of the Pedreira perimeter — and reveals its visible and invisible layers. The organic textures and tones not only represent the ground we walk on, but also invite a more intimate reading: where we come from, what we carry and how we situate ourselves in the world.
